Le Jardin de Fleur is a five star development made up of 11 different resorts, located within the costal resort of Mediterrania Saïdia. This is one of six new resorts created as part of the government’s tourism initiative called "Plan Azur" and designed to attract increasing numbers of tourists and investors to the country.

The resort is only 40 minutes from Oujda Airport and 10 minutes from the local town and when complete it will feature three 18 hole golf courses, exclusive marina, 6 km of beaches, superb sporting facilities and exclusive boutiques.

Villas du Soleil is the latest and most exciting release from the Le Jardin de Fleur resort. Perfectly located, it is close to the beach and adjacent to one of three 18 hole golf courses within the resort. Only 76 villas will be constructed in this complex, each set in a plot of around 500 square metres complete with private swimming pool.

Purchasers have a choice of four different styles of villas comprising two or three bedrooms. Inside living accommodation is spacious and outdoor areas are equally impressive with a private roof terrace, garden and porch.

These homes are fully furnished to a high standard with luxury fixtures and fittings throughout including elegant en-suite bathrooms and fully fitted kitchens equipped with Siemens appliances.

All residents and their guests have access to the array of amenities and sporting facilities that the Le Jardin de Fleur resort has to offer including numerous swimming pools, three golf courses, clubhouses, spa, restaurants, bars and gyms.
